The Role

Clare College are seeking a Chef De Partie reporting to the Head Chef.  This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week to a two week shift system. 

As a main player in the catering team, you will be providing a consistently high level of service to students, staff, College guests, Fellows and conference delegates.  Suitably qualified, your CV will reflect your experience in quality kitchens.  You will be able to demonstrate a solid background in industrial and banqueting catering and, driven by your love for producing excellent food, you will have definite and realistic ambitions to become a Senior Chef De Partie/Head Chef.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary will be up to £26,598.. In addition, you will receive paid overtime and bonus. Included in the benefits package is membership of a defined contribution pension scheme, membership of a medical cashback scheme, parking, and non-contractual bonus paid in November of each year.
