The Role

We are looking for a Tutorial Assistant to join the College Office, responsible for providing excellent operational and administrative support to the student focused activities undertaken by the College Office. This includes the administration of undergraduate examinations and records, the organisation of events such as Freshers, Matriculation, and a variety of College Dinners held throughout the year, and supporting the administration of student accommodation. This gives the role holder scope to engage with our staff, fellowship, and undergraduate community and have a real impact on the student experience. The stated hours of work for this position is 36.25 hours per week. However, the College are open to the possibility of school term time hours or 0.8FTE for a suitable candidate.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary will be up to £26,000 p.a. DOE. In addition to the basic salary, the post holder would be eligible for a bonus every year, meals on duty and will have access to various other benefits, details of which are below. We also offer membership of the pension contribution scheme and parking.
