The Role

Clare College has a vacancy for a Programme Manager and Assistant Client Agent to assist the Estates Director in the delivery of the Old Court Refurbishment project and the College's Capital Programme (known as specials). The Programme Manager will be the key point of contact between the Contractor/Project Manager and the College, ensuring that the College requirements are incorporated and timely responses are made to queries raised. The Programme Manager will also ensure the delivery of the Colleges annual Capital programme (approximately 2m) is delivered to time and budget.

The successful applicant will have proven experience of delivering projects on time and in budget.  They will be able to provide a Master Programme of all works and be confident of liaising and managing contractors.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role will be between £48,000 and £50,000 p.a.  The contract will be a fixed term contract for two years. Included in the benefits package is membership of the Nest pension scheme, lunch, free parking, and non-contractual bonus paid in November of each year.
