Clare doctoral student Haijian Si (2020) is one of three Cambridge academic authors behind a recent article published in the Harvard Business Review (HBR).
“A new approach to strategic innovation”, introduces a novel ‘innovation tool kit’ to help leaders better align their innovation investments with company strategy.
Haijian Si is a Business Doctorate candidate at the Cambridge Judge Business School and former CEO of several Chinese energy firms. It is rare for HBR to publish articles from academics; to be the lead author while still a student is rarer still. Congratulations to Haijian Si for this notable achievement.
