We have pleasure in extending an invitation from the Master and Fellows of Clare College to the 1960 & 1961 Reunion Dinner, marking the 60th anniversary of your matriculation at Clare.

The dinner will be held in College on Friday 8th September 2023, with pre-dinner drinks in the Scholars’ Garden (or in Old Court if wet) from 6.00pm, and dinner in Hall at 6.45pm.

The dress code is lounge suits or equivalent. In recognition of the significance of the 60th anniversary of your matriculation, you are most welcome to bring a guest to the event.

There is no charge for this event but we do advise that you book early to avoid disappointment. To register your place at the dinner, please complete the online booking below. To book in your guest please use the sections of the form titled with #2. 

We also invite you to contribute to a reunion booklet for your class year, which will be handed out on the evening. Please email events@clare.cam.ac.uk before 25th August with a short biography of no more than 350 words and a photo if you would like one included.

Clare Boat Club is pleased to invite any of its members attending the dinner to visit Clare Boathouse on Sunday 9th September at 10.30am to join them for a one hour cruise along the River Cam on the ‘Rosie’ riverboat at 11am (limited to 12 people; this will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis). Please indicate your preference when registering. For the avoidance of doubt, this is for Clare Boat Club members only.

A number of rooms have been reserved in College for the night of Friday 8th September 2023. The cost of a room is £98.10 per night for a single en-suite and £125.10 per night for a twin en-suite, these are inclusive of the alumni discount.  To book accommodation, please contact events@clare.cam.ac.uk.

Please note that as parking in College is limited, we are only able to offer a space to guests staying overnight at Clare or to Blue Badge holders. Parking will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis to overnight guests. If we have reached our capacity and are unable to provide you with a space, we will be in touch to let you know. Guests can park from 5.30pm. If you require parking, please contact events@clare.cam.ac.uk.
