Ms Conder has qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. After graduating from St Andrews with a First Class Degree in Modern History in 1999, she spent a year as a Teaching Fellow in Modern History at Harvard, before taking up a role at KPMG. Ms Conder was previously Director of Finance and Planning at the University of London, where she has worked for the last 8 years. She was a key member of the University’s senior leadership team responsible for financial strategy, planning, risk management, tax, treasury and endowment management. She is also a qualified cricket umpire and dance teacher.
