I am a postdoctoral scientist at the LMB. In general, my research has involved developing, implementing and applying statistical and computational methodologies for exploring and solving biological questions in a variety of fields such as cancer, infectious diseases and developmental biology. My current work is focused on the spatio-temporal reconstruction of developmental trajectories in brain organoid models using single cell high-throughput technologies, as well as how these processes can be aligned across different species to address mainly, evolutionary questions. I am a member of Madeline Lancaster's group.
