Administrator (Rooms)

We have a vacancy for an Admiistrator (Rooms) reporting to the Accommodation Manager.

The Role

The role is to assist the Accommodation Manager with the administration related to the allocation of rooms to undergraduates and graduates. The successful applicant will be the first port of call for queries from undergraduates and graduates and will issues leases to individuals as required. The role will involve keeping lists of all students living in College and communicating with students on accommodation issues.

The successful applicant will have an excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word, particularly mail merge.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for the post is up to £26,000 p.a. DOE and the hours are 36.25 per week (Monday to Friday) with some additional hours worked at weekends in our conference periods. In addition, the College offers a generous defined benefit pension scheme, membership of a medical cashback scheme, and lunch in college during working hours.
