Accommodation Manager

Clare College are looking for an Accommodation Manager to manage the College’s accommodation for students, Fellows and Staff, and any external houses. This role also involves leading and managing the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the College’s sites.


The Role

The Accommodation Manager will be the first point of contact for all accommodation queries and manage the issue of licences and tenancy agreements with the help of the Rooms Co-ordinator. You will have previous experience of complying with regulatory standards, applicable to accommodation and to ensure standards of accommodation and processes comply with the requirements of Accreditation Network UK (ANUK) Code of Practice.

You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team of individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Salary, and Benefits

The salary for the post is between £40,000 - £43,500 p.a. (DOE).

In addition, the College offers membership of a defined contributions pension scheme, membership of a medical cashback scheme, parking and lunch in college during working hours.
