Clare College Cambridge

Clare Actors

Clare Actors is the college drama society, with the purpose of promoting performing arts across both the college and the university. We traditionally put on the Christmas Panto in the Cellars and the May Week show in the beautiful surroundings of the Fellows' Garden, as well as funding university-wide productions in the ADC and other venues, with recent shows including "Amadeus", "The Fire Within" and "If Moliere Walked in the MOMA". We particularly welcome new writing, and this year have opened the inaugural Clare Actors New Writing Award, judged by Kit Hesketh-Harvey. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, whether you fancy acting, directing, designing or technical support. For more information, get in touch with Patrick Garety (pbg23@cam.ac.uk) or Pete Skidmore (pds45@cam.ac.uk).
