Biography

Fatemah Rezaee is a UKRI fellow at the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics. Her main areas of research include algebraic geometry, combinatorics, and commutative algebra. Fatemah is primarily interested in numbers and the geometry of numbers in a broad sense: using pattern recognition, computer algebra, convex geometry, and combinatorial methods in problems arising in enumerative geometry and moduli theory. In particular, she is interested in numerical and geometric aspects of Hilbert schemes using tools from derived categories, Bridgeland stability conditions, derived algebraic geometry, mirror symmetry, and computational methods.
