Clare College has three Porters' Lodges: at Old Court, Memorial Court and The Colony. The Memorial Court lodge also covers Ashby, Thirkill and Lerner Courts. Each of these lodges provides similar services, with Old Court and Memorial Court lodges providing 24 hour cover, 365 days per year.

At Old Court, Memorial Court and The Colony lodges the Porters work three rotating shifts (7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am).

Card Management - photographs used for the production of University cards
may also be used on our Door Access Control System software, strictly in
accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
