Clare Swimming and Water Polo
We're a low commitment, fun, mixed team - our only request is that you can swim! During Mich and Lent terms, we compete in a joint team with Trinity Hall in the intercollegiate Water Polo League, with a game every other weekend. Pool training sessions are arranged if there is enough interest. Early in Easter term we take part in the Cuppers Water Polo tournament. We won this in 2010 with help from our trusty sidekicks at Trinity Hall. From 2011, due to a rule change, only individual college teams can be entered for Cuppers so maximum Clare participation is essential! Swimming Cuppers is a gala which also happens one weekend early in Easter term.
