Clare College Cambridge

CCMS Cellars Sessions

CCMS runs a series of alternative music nights in Clare Cellars, called Cellars Sessions. They feature a eclectic mixture of music that would not normally be performed in the society's other recital series, from folk bands to close harmony groups to jazz singers.

Cellars Jazz Is Back!

Following the successful Jazz open mic evening last year, we are delighted to be putting this event again in 2017!

More details are to be confirmed.

The Ovarytones: Cellars Session

Monday 3rd March, 10pm - Clare Cellars

The CCMS Cellars Session Series is proud to present:

The Ovarytones

For one night only, this close harmony quartet is coming to Clare Cellars to perform a programme of pop songs ranging from classics by Queen and Billy Joel to Destiny's Child. Made up of 4 members of Clare College Choir, The Ovarytones combine slick harmonies with unique a cappella arrangements and energetic (attempted) dance moves.

Come along, grab a drink from the bar and relax with a few friends whilst listening to one of Cambridge's few female barbershop groups.

£2 entry
