How we use your personal information

 

The College and the collegiate University will use the details you provide on your UCAS application and Supplementary Application Questionnaire (SAQ). We also use the supporting documents requested in the SAQ and additional details provided by an applicant or referee, including any extenuating circumstances, disability adjustments required, and any other additional correspondence received submitted directly to the College, and recorded following any interview process.

The personal information that you provide us on your application will be held and shared with other members of the College. All application information submitted via UCAS will be temporarily shared on Google Drive in order to efficiently process and manage applicant data internally during the admissions process. This data is only ever shared by the Clare College Admissions Office. All personal data is stored for up to 1 year from the UCAS application deadline, and then destroyed.
